AMMO of Mig Luftwaffe WW II Late Colors
During the autumn of 1944, as a result of lost German air superiority against Allied forces, the Luftwaffe adopted green colors for its aircraft’s upper surfaces. With this change, airplanes were better camouflaged while flying over and hidden under the European forest. These colors have been the object of controversy and have caused a lot of headaches to numerous modelers. This set solves the problem with accurate colors without the need for complex mixtures. AMMO Mig slightly lightened the colors to compensate for the ‘scale effect’. This allows us to apply the correct color to our scale models.
